I used to be very heavy almost 264 lb and I hated the fact that I can’t lose it; my self confidence was shattered every time someone used to tease me for being so bulky, but in no time by maintaining a disciplined life style I lost a lot of weight and also I followed some tips which I am going to share with you today.

1) Water is the Key: Indeed, it is water and it can be an essential element in your weight loss exercise. You can drink a tumbler of water just before grabbing your lunch or dinner and it will repress your hunger and make you feel full before even having something. 2) High Fiber intake: Low fat and high fiber foods help you reduce those extra pounds. You can go for cabbage soup along with some fruits and vegetables and you can also go for meat and rice but occasionally.
3) Go for Fresh Fruits: Instead of those juices with preservatives you should eat fresh fruits.
4) Say No-No to sodas: If you are a cola fan, then I must reveal the harsh truth, you will have to strictly stop consuming any sweetened carbonated drink in order to tone down.
5) Make Veggies Your Best Buddies: Vegetables are perfect, they are healthy and nutritious as well and you just won’t have to think about getting fat while consuming them.
6) Sweet is not all that Sweet: We all love sweets and without a doubt consume it incessantly; you need to stop this as well.
